Why was my payment canceled?

Solution If your payment was canceled, it was for only a couple of reason as explained below:

1) Invalid payment address. If you payment request does not have a valid payment address we can not pay you. Use the user ID to place your payment address.

2) If you were caught with more than one account or using bots, then you will not be paid. This is against our terms of service.

3) If you requested a payment through paypal and paypal refused to send a payment to the address you provided, then we can not pay you through paypal. You will need to place a payment request through alertpay.
